In-sale Services
1. To bear the costs at freight and packaging of equipment and deliver to the designated location according to the contract.
2. The customer shall accept the attached spare parts according to the contract. At the same time, the supply party shall provide re-training for clients at the acceptance site.

After-sale Services
A. Free-warranty Services
1. Providing one-year free warranty (excluding consumables).
2. Within 24 hours upon receiving the notice of customer service, the Company’s service personnel shall arrived at the client’s site.

B. Lifelong Maintenance Services
1. In addition to the one-year free warranty, customers can also enjoy the life-long maintenance service.
2. In the one-year warranty period, we provide on-site equipment inspections on a regular basis.
3. Users can enjoy free software upgrading, trend information sharing from time to time, technical guidance and fashion trend guidance.
4. In the life-long maintenance period, we shall charge for the replaced parts due to equipment damages at their cost.
